PRINTS

 

Print sold shall only confer ownership of the physical property and excludes the transfer of any Intellectual Property Rights. For the avoidance of doubt, you may not reproduce, crop or scan the print in any way in part or as a whole. 

 

The Intellectual Property Rights to any print should at all time be acknowledged as the Owner's and should not be represented or passed-off as another's.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts, without reference to conflict of laws principles.
